Rose Perry

has over 30 years experience in real estate as a Broker in Livermore, California. She has specialized in high end unique and custom built homes in the south side of Livermore, including Ruby Hill of Pleasanton.

Besides her reputation in real estate, one of her strongest skills that she is well known for is her extensive knowledge in financing. Many Investors, Buyers, Sellers, and other Realtors have consulted with Rose on the most complicated real estate transactions and financing since her first days in real estate. Some of her Clients have found her to be so insightful with financing that they have continued to use her as their Broker for over 30 of their real estate investment transactions and consult her on all of their loan documents.

Recently, as of August, 2009, Rose has withdrawn from her office at Alain Pinel to continue real estate independently under her Broker License and to expand on her career as a Loan Consultant.

This recent change in Rose Perry's career is very good news for all of us and that is why she is now very proud to announce her new title as Broker & Loan Consultant at Summit Mortgage Corporation. It has been long expected from those closest to Rose that she would eventually take on her calling as a Loan Consultant.

"It makes perfect sense for her to take this giant leap forward", says her son and Internet Marketing Consultant, Matt Perry. When asked why, Matt said "So she can continue assisting buyers and sellers in their real estate transactions while sharing her experience consulting to other Brokers and Realtors on their loans, during the most difficult times. Many Realtors can benefit from someone with her experience. A great Loan person can make a real estate agent look even better in their Clients eyes."

Rose says that one of her main reasons for the timing of her decision was the growing demand for "experienced" loan consultants that buyers and Realtors can trust to get their loans accepted without all the stress that seems to come with it, in this ever-so-fast-changing industry.

"Laws are changing faster than we can read them and now less and less people feel confident in which loan person to use. I knew it was time that I need to see what is really happening in the mortgage business because how fast it is changing, people need someone who understands financing more than ever now."
